I wanted to express my gratitude to the employees at this shop. I ordered a cold coffee and a beef snack for dinner. While waiting for the beef snack, I received a call from my mom and accidentally knocked over my cold coffee. The cleaning staff in the mall was incredibly helpful, quickly cleaning the floor. I apologized, and although he reassured me, the coffee shop staff observed the incident. They promptly remade my order without charging me, despite my offer to pay. This exceptional customer service on February 1, 2024, from the two lovely ladies and the humble cleaning guy in the mall, exceeded my expectations. You all deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you and God bless you. 😘

Most disgusting brown sugar bubble tea I ever had ,was full of water and tea and maybe bit of milk to make it colour , pearls was very cold. From all the tea I had this was by far the worst ever .very disappointed 😡😡
