HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and FOOD. I was waiting for more than 5 minutes nobody came out, finally I decided to call someone ''Hey is this place still open" so finally somebody came out , started making fries etc. I was waiting to place an order. Guy said place your order while he was doing his stuff around the meat station. He didn't come to the till to take my order. It was so uncomfortable for me to order ,they are not bothering their customers. I thought not to eat from there but ordered somehow with a benefit of doubt that his day must be hectic or he must be tired. He made the warp within few seconds. Food quality was so bad, chips were not even cooked properly. There was no customer except me so I can't say that place is busy. May be this place is terrible to try that's why nobody was there. I wasted my money. Hope this review is helpful for others. Owner of this place should really think...

The food was really dry and not hygiene . It looks like they kept the remaining food from last night.

Me and my husband health got upset from friday’s night. and will challenge it to owner soon.

I prefer not to go anymore for to karachi shop also would not recommend anyone because of the worst customer service at the counter 2 ladies don’t even know how to do customer service. looks very unethical to me. staff treat in very arrogant manner sometimes. Its my 4th time and it was over my head and thought of writing a review . butter chicken , lamb was stupid. It tastes like tomato and onion soup with orange colour which is not acceptable in food standards. also the naan quality was worse, the chef/team should be told about my review so that they can improve their standards. I am thoroughly disappointed.Had food from here before but quality deteriorating now. i will give zero star to the food...

Worst service received today. First guy doesn't wait till my whole order is read out, he kept going away to get the ingredients for each thing I ordered. The 2nd guy was talking to me like I'm a child, pretends he doesn't see me sitting at the table nearest to him, so that he can tell me my order is ready. Doesn't even ring the bell like the guy during the week does, to let you know when your order is ready. Also, the burger I ordered for my son requesting no salad, came with tomatoes, onions and lettuce. The guy acts all dumb, saying oh this is a beef burger. Yes I already know, I asked for it WITHOUT salad. He goes aw what about your chicken burger. I said, yes it came with NO salad as well, like I requested, for my daughter.
