I ordered a vege mezze salad and got a chicken chips instead on uber eats. I'm vegetarian so I couldn't eat it so I had to throw it away. When I rang the restaurant to inquire about it the lady staff took forever to understand what I was saying. I said I ordered a salad and then she said I ordered a burger to the chef, and the said I got two instead of one? Like I was just ringing the restaurant to understand what had happened but instead of getting an explanation I got someone who didn't seem to care, she basically said "thank you for your concern" like after she told the chef they gave me the wrong order and I'm thinking why would you say that...like I'm not even concerned I just want to know what happened as I now have no dinner. If they had simply said oops sorry put in the wrong order I'd be fine but then this conversation with the staff really confused me and left me annoyed enough to leave this review. The potato kofte was nice but the staff there needs training in some basic customer...

Ordered off Uber eats. Quite a below average burger joint (I loveeee burgers), that I don’t see myself ever buying from again. Ordered the poppin Seoul, triple Scott burger, sticky Korean chicken, 2x ugly hot donuts and fries.

Big lack of meat on both burgers. I was shocked because it looks so meaty on your Uber eats photos. The burgers are also quite sweet and need a tang to elevate it (need a tangier slaw or pickles or both). The sticky Korean chicken was horrible. Wayyy too much batter to boneless chicken ration…some pieces were only fried batter which was depressing. The ugly hot donuts are just fried bread with Nutella smeared on top lmfao not only that, but is there a shortage of Nutella in your restaurant to be smearing it so thin you can see the bread? The fries are overly seasoned, should’ve just left it with salt.

Overall, left VERY unsatisfied and -$84 poorer. Hopefully, you can implement these changes and...

Without sounding too cliche … GREAT SCOTT!!! I thought this was just going to be another amazing name with average food but I couldn’t have been more wrong! Let’s start with the BTTK Dog … dawg!! How do they do it?!? It’s so tender yet crispy and cheesey yet firm and it goes down like biff tannern after a Marty McFly right hook - BANG! Burgers are to die for … I got a delivery through UberEats and everything arrived hot and … well perfect! I cannot recommend trying this place highly enough and I hope they continue to thrive as all good restaurants should. I’d even travel back in time and kiss my mum to eat this food!
