Bakers Delight Point Chevalier — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

I wasn’t having the best the day last Tuesday and so I looking to get myself something sweet from the bakers delight - not realising that my experience there was going to positively flip my day by Jessica there! - it was by far the most lovely and personable interaction I’ve had with any staff, anywhere in a long time. So flawlessly lovely, professional and a delight and I felt pleased to keep buying extra things that they offered because they were such good recommendations! I’ll be coming back again especially if I see them through the glass!

Very delicious , pastries can be warmed up if u ask for it. Staff friendly, shop looks clean. 5 star , tick all the boxes as for “European standard”

The girl I spoke to on the phone seemed very friendly and very nice.... the manager on the other hand hung up on me in mid conversation as he was in a meeting. Came off very rude. Don't know why he answered the phone... a simple txt would have been nice. Perhaps the girls should teach him...
