Changed now to Harleys. Food smell there smelt good except noone was eating? Saw a guy looking at a menu, then after no service saw him and 2 others walk out. Tonight alot of young ones sitting on seats in the pokies area on their phones (no drinks just taking up space), people complained they can't play the machines because of them, security were playing pool, 1 bar person, dirty glasses, beggers were inside! My family & I walked in at 2.50pm not realising that the lunch period finishes at 3pm but instead of saying no the friendly staff member said that he will ask the chef first and the chef kindly said no worries so we got to experience the lunch there. It was beautiful food "THANK YOU CHEF" & the staff member who served us was super friendly, awesome hospitality, lovely man, who actually remembered my husband from there last outing there! Came here for a drink. The staff was playing pool. Instead of paying attention to customer service, I waited at the counter almost a minute until he noticed I'm standing there.
