Very average burgers despite being big. Service was good but hygiene questionable.
Got there just after 12pm. A little grossed out by the fact that the person prepping, cooking, and serving at the counter was the same person AND they were not wearing gloves. I paid by cash so let's hope they washed their hands before making the next order.
On the flip side, the burgers were slightly above average. Idk what people are saying about the size, but the grand size are big burgers compared to their competitors. The beef burgers are more worth it than the chicken ones though. Their naked chicken (just grilled chicken breast) definitely seemed a bit smaller in comparison.
Having said that, although they had somewhat sufficient protein and the buns were big enough to hold things together, the seasoning was poor and the sauce was lacking. They are definitely the least greasy burgers you can probably get though given they are grilled instead of cooked on a flat top, and you can tell they were made with care.
It was 2 for 1 today, so about $20 for two large burgers is very good. However, they are probably not worth appx. $20 for one as you can get much better burgers for less from non-chain...
Read moreMt Eden Store $18.90 for a cheeseburger is up there! You would expect it to be amazing and most likely rather big at that price. However couldn’t be further away from that or the picture and description on Uber eats. I was delivered a petite burger, one you would order from a kiddies menu. Actually it was the same size as the BurgerFuel kids hamburger and more than double the price! I phoned the store and spoke with the manager who informed me that yes the $18.90 Wisconsin cheeseburger on Uber eats is the petite burger and the added cost of the Uber, if I was to have gone into the store to purchase it would be $12.90 (that is still a steep price for what essentially is a basic hamburger with a slice of cheese). I said to the manager it was disappointing in which he hung up on me. I checked what Uber had charged me in total for the hamburger which was a whopping $25.77. At least the mini bun was fresh and it was real cheese not the processed...
Read moreWe paid $16.00 (not including fries) for their chicken cranberry brie burger. We bought two of them ($32 total). Expensive, but I hoped the burger would be amazing and totally worth it.
Boy, were we wrong. Look at the picture! It was very plain, but the highlight of the burger was the overcooked, very dry, tasteless chicken (tasteless because it was over cooked). We bought a shake and asked to have it nice and thick, the staff man said yep, but it just tasted regular.
Either way, I would love to enjoy this burger, and their other burgers, but it’s just way to risky to spend $16 and possibly get a burger...
