What an absolute s show. Attended the Pt Chev McDonald’s this morning at approx 11:30-11:45am 29/07/23.
We ordered a happy meal, a double cheese burger combo and a quarter pounder. The staff also repeated the order back to us.
We paid, moved through to the 2nd window to collect our order. The African lady rostered on at the time handed us a brown bag containing our food and then requested that we move forward and to the left car park to wait on our drinks.
Upon inspection of the contents of the brown bag containing our food it appears that they had not given us a double cheese burger, it is a standard cheese burger, discovered as I’d removed the wrapper.
The Asian decent staff member at that same moment arrived with our drinks and we told him that the burger was incorrect. I then handed him the burger and he walked back into the building.
He walked back to our car with the same cheese burger and a receipt claiming that we’d ordered a standard cheese burger not a double. When we’ve literally just explained to him that’s NOT what we ordered but he was adamant to initiate a debate instead of making a plan with us to remedy the issue. He took no accountability or could have thought his staff typed a mistake the only conclusion he would stick with is that WE definitely ordered this non double cheese burger even though the boy taking orders at the drive through repeated our order back to us to confirm!
We were getting nowhere having a conversation with this man and actually felt quite disrespected, offended, unheard and gaslit by him so we came back through the drive through only to be hit by more rudeness and unprofessionalism from several other staff.
We explained and repeated to the African woman at the window that we’ve received an incorrect item in our order and have come to retrieve the correct item, she tells us that we ordered the non double cheese burger and insists we pay more if we want the double cheese burger regardless of the fact that we did pay and they’ve given us the wrong thing.
A Caucasian woman with brown hair green eyes then shoved her head out the window and is the rudest most unprofessional low IQ entity I’ve ever dealt with on planet earth itself. Starts asking for the cheese burger back, the cheese burger (which has been squeezed by the Asian staff member when he was walking back to our car so it’s inedible, it was flat like he’d held it in the tightest grip his hands could possibly go yuck)
We told her to stop being so rude and asked multiples times to swap out the burger for the one we actually ordered. For her to tell us that we need to pay more even though we’d just copped the most inappropriate and disturbing interaction from multiple staff now.
Her words exactly “if you don’t move out of the drive through it’s not our fault if the cars behind you come and assault you”. It is so disgusting, disrespectful, unprofessional and shockingly disturbing that this yt trash is insinuating that we may endure violence for asking for our correct order?
I also have the entire dialogue of this conversation recorded on dash cam starting from ordering the double cheese burger at the microphone and the staff repeating it back to us, all the way to your Caucasian lady with busted up teeth giving us abuse & insinuating that we can get assaulted for all she cares rather than give us our food that costs you guys 20cents to make.
Bunch of sad low IQ individuals. They all seem depressed like they don’t wanna be there, poor or lack of customer service skills + an attitude to top it off.
Every other branch we have been to remedies the issue in a polite manner. Pt Chev Maccas is of staffed with ghetto folk who wanna bicker and power trip.

Read more1/1/2023 went to pt Chev to order from the self service machines, out of the 4 machines initially 2 were operational, just before finishing ordering machine froze, went to use the only working one left and completed order only to find out of printer paper, took note of the order number and went to pay at counter but they couldn't find the order, had a 3rd attempt where more successful. Ordered at 19.43. Half the order done 20 mins later but number wasn't called out so half the order went cold, had to wait another 32 mins for most of order to be done, still had to ask for missing items. There were approximately eight people before me and others had long waiting for their orders, there were around 8 staff on but way behind and disorganized. Total waiting 52 mins waiting. Mc ds happy to take your money but failing big time with having staff that know what they are doing. This is the worst customer service I've encountered. Mon 27 march 2023 6.40 pm went to mcds pt chev and ordered quarter pounder with large fries and large hot chocolate burger and hot chocolate was fine but large fries more like medium as half empty, also bought cheesy chicken and cheese burger which was missing pickles Fries were undercooked and soggy Restaurant wasn't busy and order came quickly but occasionally meals have issues attached so no consistentcy. 6/5/23 used self service machine and specifically customized for zero ice in drinks but should have checked before leaving, even though I shouldn't have to got home and what do you know all drinks had ice in, what's the effin point of having the option of no ice when staff don't look at the order. My order consisted of a large McChicken combo with an additional patty. As a precaution, given past experiences where my orders were consistently incorrect, I meticulously inspected the contents of my meal. Regrettably, my frustration reached an overwhelming level when I discovered that my McChicken sandwich contained only one patty, despite my explicit request for an extra patty.
Disappointment aside, I made my way across the less-than-hygienic floor marred with sauce spills to the counter. There, I raised the issue with the store staff, nearly experiencing a slip in the process. Upon conveying their mistake to the store worker, they reluctantly took my McChicken sandwich and added the missing patty. I refrained from checking the contents again, retaining a modest degree of faith that my order would not be mishandled once more.
However, upon returning to my location, I was astounded to realize that not only had my extra patty not been included, but the top bun was now laden with an excessive amount of mayonnaise. My initial sense of disbelief swiftly evolved into profound unease, given the unfortunate sequence of events.
It is with utmost certainty that I declare my decision never to return to this establishment, opting instead to patronize KFC. The accumulation of errors, culminating in this latest debacle, serves as the proverbial final straw.
