I had a mixed experience at this Thai noodle shop. The clear tom yum noodle soup was a highlight – flavorful and well-prepared. The pork noodles were okay, a solid but not exceptional choice. The cleanliness of the shop was appreciated, even though it was quite busy. Unfortunately, the rice from the rice menu was a letdown, being a bit wet and tasting somewhat stale. On a positive note, the dessert was good. If you're visiting, I'd recommend sticking to the noodle dishes, especially the clear tom yum, and perhaps trying...

I stumbled across this cute place when I had some time to kill before an appointment. Not a big Thai fan so wasn't expecting much but happily mistaken. Great service and the food was delicious! I ordered the crispy chicken and egg soup with flat noodles. The soup was just the right balance of spicy ( definitely not overly spicy) and sour which is just the kind I like. Very keen to come back and try Boat Noodles as I have been told it's the...

Finally, I’ve found a Thai restaurant sells authentic and interesting (somewhat challenging flavour for kiwis) dishes! If you are tired of pad thai and green curry with chicken, this is the place. If you are a pad thai / green curry chicken person, stick to it don’t venture to come here and complain about the food. Probably not for you.

Staff were attentive and lovely. The same impression I had when I was in Thailand -...

Newly opened Thai street food restaurant, specialized in different kinds of noodles. This place definitely makes you crazy if you are one of the street food lovers. Particularly, night market foods in Thailand. Very good hospitality, 100% Thail style. You get to choose the style of the noodles, they also provide rice meals, Thai soft drinks, appetizers.... Delicious, yummy, yet not the best I have had in Auckland.

So happy I found this gem, I can’t wait to try everything on the menu. The broths are packed full of flavour. If you’re a fan of lunch at Soi38 in Melbourne, you will love it here. You can choose your style of noodle and go with soup or dry versions. We got the boat noodles, one large with pork and one small with beef, both with the softest liver, with a side of wontons and thai milk teas. I can’t wait to go back.
