This isn’t a one time occurrence. This has happened multiple times and today just tipped me off. The staff never put enough of the ingredients in the subs. Always have to be reminded extra and as soon as we get to a decent amount of ingredients they ask whether i’d like to be charged extra. Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a chipotle quesadilla not knowing there was no meat, i proceeded to ask whether there was meat and if they could add any, this was before she put it in the press. Hearing there’s no meat i decided to change my order to a ham and tomato baffle but she said she would not serve me as i’m not buying the sloppy mess they called a quesadilla with barely any reasonable amount of ingredients. Read moreIncident happened on Saturday 9th March 2024 The staff here lacks basic customer service and manners to ask customers questions like do you want sauce or which sauce do you want. As per the picture of Southern Style chicken bites, there is no sauce on the top, but the staff proceeded with sauce, then tried to use paper napkin to wipe of the sauce. Resulted in Food wastage. I have to ask the staff to prepare new one.
During payment, staff didn’t reminded of sub card.
