The Great Escape Cafe — Restaurant in Christchurch

I went to the cafe Tuesday 3rd at 7pm for a coffee as it had been a long day. I approached the young lady, and ordered a coffee. She said the coffee machine was closed, there were 2 others behind me also wanting coffee. We were disappointed. The reason why it was closed is because she believed no one would want a coffee at that time. This did not sit well with us, as the cafe hours clearly showed 7.30pm closed, not 7pm. The way she spoke to me as well was rude, "I don't want to clean it again, come tomorrow". Disgusting service and behavior. Will not come here again. It's even worse when the advert around the hospital says "under new management", maybe they should retrain there staff on what...

Got admitted to hospital and missed out on dinner.
