Cream Eatery — Restaurant in Hamilton

Food was good.drink was also not bad.

One thing I was so disappointed was, how the one of the stuff treat us.

My friend and I were there to have lunch but we went a bit early so lunch menu wasn't available at the time. So we grabbed some drinks waited for lunch will be available. Past 11:30, lunch was on the menu so we stood up and went for order. We both left our bags and drinks still in the cups. And one lady just showed up and took all the drinks and showed other people to the table still our bags were on. And the group of ppl also didn't care that it's our seat and bags still there. We were too surprised what just happened. Just couldn't believe still our belongings were there but put others on the table.... And we said to the lady what are you doing we are still using. And she said ah cz 6ppl need some table. Does that mean you can just use table for others without asking us ??? If she asked us we were happy to move but seriously she doesn't even understand how uncomfortable and mad we were. What if the group of ppl stoal our bags. What if we are expecting some other friends come over.

I had panko chicken which I did not enjoy. The chicken was over cooked and cutting it was a work out. Most of it was left on my plate. Even the chips were below par. As there was nothing else on the small menu that I was interested in, and it was right on lunchtime I chose not to air my dissatisfaction. There were some salads in the cabinet that looked promising but I wanted a warm meal which is why I chose the chicken. There were four of us in our group and the two who ordered burgers loved them. We all enjoyed the general atmosphere and busy vibe of this place which in my case came at a never to be...

Cream eatery is a great place for lunch. I often organise to meet up with friends or work colleagues there. The coffee is pretty good, and the menu items are usually delicious. One thing they get really right is the cabinet food. It’s easy to get a quick tasty salad or slice, and their sandwiches are excellent too. They get pretty busy so it’s a good idea to arrive earlier than the lunch rush. It’s unsurprising though as their space is gorgeous and light. If you are alone it’s perfect for watching the world...
