Was given the wrong order. It appeared correct before we left the drive thru. However, I made the choice to submit an online complaint and just deal with it on there. I have been trying since 21 Nov 2021 to get a refund on a faulty order. I requested aid from KFC help desk 4 separate times pertaining to this issue. I have provided all the information they asked of me. On 2 Dec I was told I would receive my refund via Northmall (place I ordered my faulty KFC) and to wait 2-5 days. I did that and nothing happened. I called Northmall store on 21 Dec 2021 and asked for the "manager". I told the "manager" my issue and he said "you will have to wait for the stores MANAGER to come in at 3pm". So not only did they LIE but they keep lying to me! An entire MONTH of me going through the proper channels of support and I'm met with this below par practise. Disappointed and annoyed. If you want the right food order? Go somewhere else. Read moreI pulled into the drive through at about 10 past 10 on a Friday, there were 4 cars in front of me. I waited a good 25-30 minutes in the queue only to wait another 5 minutes in silence talking to myself at the kiosk until someone said "place your order when you're ready" Finally placed my order, Got to the window and waited in silence some more, before the manager gives me a couple cans of coke, not the flavors I ordered, and then a further 5 or so minutes I get my food. I'm ravenous at this point and get stuck into the popcorn chicken straight away. It was almost as cold as the service. I get home excited for my burger and the patties were... hard? Like the chicken had been sitting around for a while and was microwaved before being slapped in a bun, then left for 5 minutes to go cold. The only saving grace was plenty of salt on the warm-ish chips. This particular KFC used to be great any time of the day or night. Went drive-thru, waited 5 minutes, nobody answered, went to window, they were cleaning, no one responded, even after they saw us, after 5 minutes, a lady came to take order(there was no customer other than us and atleast 5-6 staff members in kitchen)Time was 10:30pm, first the lady said they aren't doing anything else than the special meal and when I asked for vege combo they said (very lamely) tea we can do that but we have to specially cook it, I replied can you ir not..?
