Worst mcdonals service Ive received in the 10 years Ive lived in Hamilton! And every single time Ive been there its always an issue with either the service, missing food,or both and not to mention getting food delivered Its missing food then too so either way its a lose lose situation. Your staff Served so many meals to the drive through and uber eats in the 30 minutes that myself and many others who were 2year old children included waited! And waited! We Kept watching as ALL your staff ignored the numerous amounts of people who were waiting in the restaurant. I gave my own food away to the 2year old because your staff prioritized the drive thru and uber eats! And her food was still not ready and her mum ordered her food before me! Most appalling customer service I have ever seen and I have worked in hospitality for over 20years! And I come there every week! And actually the owner may remember me from last week being vocal about my wait time and not having a reciept for my food. Your staff then decided tonight to NOT follow through in their trainings and listen to the numeraous customers who were upset just like me! And chose to assault me! People have this on camera and I will be making a formal complaint! Read moreI'm annoyed. This happens everytime I go late at night to get either an ice cream or a frozen drink only (this is over the span of a couple of years), not a whole meal. I get the same response sorry it's unavailable or the machine is broken. Last night went out in a cyclone because I had a frozen drink craving because I'm pregnant. Ticked off especially since I've seen articles that the night shift people don't want to give you those items because they're too lazy to clean the machines. Bruv I went out in a cyclone. I wasn't lazy enough to endure the weather, so don't be lazy to clean the machine while your sitting inside. So ticked off about this because I also wasted gas to get there. This is just unacceptable that this is a constant trend. If this is going to be an issue for your staff then have a notice that those items aren't available simply because your staff don't want to clean out the machine. This way people like me don't need to waste their Petrol unnecessarily or go out in a cyclone! Tell your staff last night they're lazy employees and shouldn't take their jobs for granted by making excuses to not fulfill a customer's order. Read moreCHECK the order BEFORE LEAVING! Drive thru should be a convenient and fun experience but NOT on this one. They never got the order right - especially the "DOUBLE Filet-o-Fish" sandwich. I think they have a thing about just charging you for a double but giving you a single? As of this writing, just 1 out of 5 times they got the double filet-o-fish order right, oh then so i'm sorry - they "mostly" got the order wrong, i shouldn't be saying "never", right? But come on?! The monitor thing when you order and the receipt showed "double"... so why is it hard for you to get it right?
1st and 2nd time you gave me the wrong one, i let them pass. The 3rd time, you got it SO wrong again, so the following morning, i had to drive back just to complain about it. So your manager just said sorry and refunded me some cash. 4th time was the lucky one - you got that right.. so my hopes went up! the 5th time - OMG, good thing i stopped at your drive thru bay and checked the filet-o-fish, coz i had to wait for the coffee anyway, WRONG order again! Like seriously??? I go to drive-thrus coz it's convenient and it's quick.
