BEST coffee cafe in the whole of new zealand. the ambience, the chic set up and the many fine china, tea and coffee beans sold here is BEAUTIFUL.

BUT MOST OF ALL. The customer service here is unmatched by any retailer/hospitality facilities I have been to in NZ. They surely know how to make you feel welcome. Although it gets busy at lunch, somehow they make the cafe feel like its not overwhelming with people or they are too busy to stop and talk to you (which is never the case). After two visits here they have somehow learnt the drink orders of everyone in my office....

We at Keen on Piercing get a flat white, mocha, hot chocolate, caramel latte, tea or any kind or hot drink from Urge daily. The team Urge are always happy and they usually remember what each of us like's to drink. We are loyal Urge fans. Have been coming for many years and will continue to come here in years to come. Beautiful ambience. Amazing menu board, lovely looking cups that you can buy. So many options for tea and coffee even iced beverages. Polite staff, simple menu not lots of things in the food menu but it keeps things simple and easily manageable at the store. I ordered Creamy mushroom and spinach. It's good enough for one person.
