We came in randomly a few of us roughly 12 in total didnt seem busy at all was our first time there didnt no how things ran but its definitely order at the desk lady was pretty good she repeated our order which was good so we can confirm what we got ..... I am so impressed by the food for what is essentially a sports bar with pokies and some tables & booths. I feared their menu promised too much. I was wrong! The best Lamb Shanks I have had anywhere! I've had it three times, so tender it falls off the bone, on a bed of mash with peas and broccoli swimming in rich gravy, I can taste rosemary, bay leaf, garlic... Delicious! And their $9.90 lunch special Spaghetti Bol is outstanding! El dente spaghetti, rich Bol sauce, plenty of mince and mushrooms with grated mozzarella cheese on top! This place is not your traditional family friendly Steakhouse/restaurant. It has a gaming/slot machine section which attracts the majority of the customers. Hence some of the crowd here would appear to have a questionable character. As far as the food goes, you can definitely have better steak at different places. Tony's is just around the next street and far superior taste wise. This place does have a special priced all day steak offering that would appeal to a lot of people but the other regular priced food items on the menu are not value for money honestly.
