Cold soggy food. Many orders sitting on the benches and around the kitchen when I arrived on time to pick up the big order for my family and extended family. I saw the food sitting there on the bench with nothing keeping it warm, while the doors were open and the winter breeze ran through the kitchen. I asked the two peoe behind the counter if the food would still be hot and they said yes bro of course. 10mins later at home, 3 rubbery cold pizzas and soggy sides including soggy prawn horns and soggy corn nuggets. I explained that I had ordered due to the garlic bread and the email hasn’t come through yet, and if the store person can help us - the person at the store outright refused to assist me and said he cannot do anything and we will have to order it again.
