The Lemongrass — Restaurant in Marlborough

Ordered the classic red thai curry, very angry duck and slow cooked pork belly. The red thai curry was very sweet. Not a fan at all and I've had amazing red curries. The very angry duck was meant to be spicy but there was no spice at all. The pork belly had a weird flavour between an Indian curry and something else. It didn't taste slow cooked at all as the meat was dry and I've had slow cooked before where the meat was super soft and not chewy. We won't be back. I cannot comment on the food as we left after being there 70minutes without any. It seemed that our table was invisible to the staff. Firstly (after being seated for 15minutes) we had to approach the counter and ask for service to order. Then for the next 60 minutes we watched a procession of meals being delivered all around us. The catalyst for leaving was seeing two groups of customers arrive at least 10 minutes after we had ordered, and then watching them receiving their food. There were only two of us. One entre...

Would have to be the best restaurant in Blenheim, very friendly, the food was A+++ , the food come out 20 minutes after we ordered and we all received our food around the same time hot and tasty, everything was so nice and the prices were very reasonable for such delicious food, meal sizes were large and filling looking forward to returning for another wonderful meal, but you have to book as the restaurant isn't that big, we have tried all the other restaurants in Blenheim and the lemon grass restaurant is the best by far,...
