Pizza Hut Blenheim — Restaurant in South Island

We have just had a very bad experience with Pizza Hut Blenheim. We were ordering some pizzas to be delivered to Renwick village 11 kilometre s from Blenheim and were told they don't delivered to Renwick even though we have ordered them from Blenheim Pizza Hut Blenheim many times before and had good service. We have always enjoyed the Pizza from Pizza Hutt but our experience this evening has put us off from ordering any more and will certainly be telling our friend and relations not to use them again. We were served by a staff member on their first day, working by themselves. They appeared to find the till difficult to work and had to ask for our order several times. We were told the order for two pizzas would be 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, we were told it would take another 30 minutes for the dough to prove for our New York style pizza. In the end we agreed on two large pizzas in exchange for NY pizza. All up the total experience from starting our order to getting our two pizzas, took 45 minutes. My recent order from Pizza Huit was a complete failure on every level.

Firstly, and most seriously, the pizza was undercooked. The dough in the middle was completely raw, sticky, and inedible. This is a major food safety concern and completely unacceptable.

Secondly, they got the order wrong. I specifically ordered a spicy pizza with capsicum (bell peppers), but there were no capsicums on the pizza at all. To make it worse, it wasn't even spicy.

So, not only did I receive a dangerously undercooked pizza, but it wasn't even the pizza I ordered. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be taking the risk of ordering...
