On my way home from Lynmall I thought I would stop by to pick up some dinner here. So I called to make an order and as I'm placing my order the lady on the phone was so rude. Kept putting me on hold, interrupting me while making my order telling me to hurry up make up my mind. She then proceeded to tell me that I was taking too long to order ( I did have a lot to order) And that she had other customers waiting. I told her that I was a paying customer also and shouldn't rush me. I ended up canceling order because she was so rude! Rather spend my money somewhere they value...

After being greeted but nobody came to the counter realized that the screen at the front showing a Windows error is how you're supposed to order. After scrolling all the way down to what I wanted to order, had to figure out what table (could only see one table number from the counter?), then went to try payment and it had a bunch of options including credit card (surcharge applies) but no apparent terminal to pay. Pretty confusing and very poor customer experience when you can go down the road, place an order in 20 seconds and pay...
