I just went through the drive through at St Pierres Onehunga and what appalling service. I live locally and the past few times it is never a good experience. The person on today 6th March 2024 just before 5.30pm I dont know if she's mad at the world or just her normal, but just horrible and sounded like we were Inconveniencing her by ordering and asking her to repeat the order which was also wrong. I had the most wonderful experience at onehunga st Pierre’s today! I’ve been three times now and every time the sushi has been good and the customer service okay but nothing to note about- but today I had two lovely employees serve me, one at the drive through window who greeted me with a lovely smile. The other a lady who brought my sushi to my car, it’s easy to forget what good customer service is like but this lady was so lovely, telling me a have a fantastic day and putting a much needed smile on my face - plus sushi was fresh and delicious! My husband and I were so excited that Onehunga has a drive through St Pierre's Sushi and Bento Bowl!! For the first time we decided to try it out. However, we were let down by the lady who was taking our order. She was rude, she just asked "What do you want? - "Anything else??? and still got our order wrong.
