Kolachi Cafe & Eatery — Restaurant in Napier

I recently visited kolachi cafe & eatery and it was one of the best café experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The décor is stylish yet comfortable, perfect for enjoying a coffee or catching up with friends.

The menu has something for everyone, and everything we ordered was delicious! The coffee was perfectly brewed with rich flavors, and the food was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great time. Even during busy hours, they were prompt and efficient without making us feel rushed.

Im mainly giving a two star review due to the poor service I received after sending bag a chicken birger I ordered as the chicken was way overcooked. We had already waited 30 minutes by the time the burger came out and you would expect that if something got sent back it would be rushed so that the customer wouldnt have to wait another 30 mins. However 20 minutes after I sent it back they still hadnt boight it out and we had to leave for an appointment. They still didnt offer to refund us at this point and said it would be 5 mins, meaning they hadnt even started on it yet. 5 minutes went passed and it still hadnt come out and we asked for a refund this time and again said it would be 5 mins. We did finally receive it in a takeaway box but after all this I really did not feel like eating it. So disappointing all...

Kolachi has been one of our favourite cafes but today we gave it a 5/10. We struck a reeealy rickety table with the vaneer peeling off. When I swapped it for another I noticed most of their feet which stabilised them were missing. Usually you get one that wobbles but this was ridiculous. Time to upgrade the tables I think. The service was slow and our favourite chicken & plum sauce filo was tasty but drier than usual. They used breast meat. Luckily I'd ordered extra sauce on the side. I'd also ordered a lemon friand with yoghurt. The young woman on the till didn't tell me they don't do yoghurt. I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew because without it it was dry & stodgy & you couldn't taste the lemon. We enjoyed the lovely sunny spot & a good place to people...
