St Pierre's Sushi & Bento Bowl Napier — Restaurant in Napier

Was great when you 1st arrived a couple years back, but since new staff have attitude or english is their 2nd language, it makes it harder for the shy customers to speak up. When ordering a spicy chicken mix, youd expect hot spicy chicken. Not cold band chicken for the $7 you spend getting only 4 small bites. We have mentioned it to you one a number of times that's what we are receiving and you correct it on the spot, however, with your new staff, they have this problem of either not understanding what we are saying, or just dont give to hoots. Ordered bento bowl: karaage chicken don (came with steamed rice, salads, house mayo and choice of teriyaki or to katsu sauce, curry sauce extra); side of vegetable tempura (vegetables are mixed together and fried like a roll and cut into pieces); large miso soup

Ordered at Pierre’s sushi of Japan: cheritaki chicken sushi, katsu chicken dragon roll.

They make made to order rolls which made my wife happy. Everything we ordered was made quickly and delicious. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Stop by if you’re looking for fast and good...

We had to take boxes with just one kind of sushi inside, we didn't make our own box. So in despit I chose the salmon sushi and it was just bad...too big (just for remember : a sushi is supposed to be eaten in one bite) No taste at all...totally insipid. Furthermore, the differents employees were all unpleasant. It was like we were not welcome. Definitively worst sushi...
