You don't have to go in to the Polynesian Spa pools to enjoy the cafe. Their freshly blended smoothies and gelato are insanely good (they have won awards for their gelato) and cabinet food looked fresh and inviting (I only had a smoothie but plan to go back for food with friends). Friendly staff, cool atmosphere and the shop is very nice. Loads of high end goodies to spoil yourself with....

Worst service. Ordered and then waited 45min watching every other table get served before us. Went up and asked how long it will be - was told another 15min. But turns out they cancelled the order. I then had to prove to them that I had ordered it. Don’t go here unless you like waiting for food that...

Extremely bad service. Went to get ice cream after the spa. Ice cream scoops were very small and the server kept on dropping the ice cream. Went playing she could not figure out what we had bought , got the bill wrong and charged extra. Had to go back to ask for the extra money she had...
