It was busy when we arrived, only one table inside was free but full of dirty plates, outside there were dirty plates on another couple of tables except one that was exposed slightly to the rain. Not wanting to get wet or cold my friend asked if we could sit at the table inside, he was told no because the table had dirty plates on it. We were the only people in the queue and it was awkward standing there with nowhere to sit. Fortunately one table became free with only a couple of dirty plates on it so we sat there. My latte was average, my two friends' moccachinos were awful and they didnt finish them.

Not wanting to leave a negative review I went to the front to leave feedback, saying I wasnt happy we were told we couldnt sit at a table because it had dirty plates on it. Immediately the excuse was "we were busy" I mentioned I understood but instead of saying no to us, they could have said yes, but it would just take a few mins to clear the table. The person I spoke to actually looked away while I was explaining this making me feel like I was being ignored. Additionally she said nothing else to me the entire time. So I literally left the feedback and left with no acknowledgement or words from her.

I don't think its acceptable to say to a customer they can't sit at a table because it has dirty plates on it when its the only table available and additionally, If I cant even politely leave feedback without feeling ignored and not even acknowledged then now you absolutely get your...

Great brekkie and coffee!!! Me, my family and friends had breakfast there. Nice little spot on the corner, staff was friendly. So we had a order of the vege breakfast, omelette (generous size), pancakes and eggs benedict. All round good size meal and well priced. I had the Pancakes and it was different from the usual banana and bacon sides. It had custard and apple (with cinnamon) on on top, fresh cream on the side. Plus maple syrup to add. It was FANTASTIC!!! I really enjoyed this combination and would go back just for the pancakes. We love drinking coffee so this got the big tick of approval from me and my wife. Only had one thing is if there was a opinion of another 1 or 2 pancakes I probably would of got one more. (Because I can) Besides that it was a great way to start the day off. I order the big breakfast but I'm not a fan of poached eggs so asked for fried. Don't order fried eggs! 1) Charged more for them 2) Some of the worst cooking of an egg I've seen in some time 3) One egg over cooked the other egg badly under cooked. 4) Over cooked egg placed on top of under cooked egg to hide it. 5) The eggs must have been cooked with something else as the burnt bit of bacon was embedded into the white! The beans on the breakfast were microwaved so hot on outside but cold in the middle and vastly underseasoned. The hashbrowns had been cooked in dirty oil as the oil on the plate was brown. Coffee was very good and the service was friendly and warm. My suggestion get a chef who likes what they do or who is better skilled. Would return for a coffee but not for the current chef/cooks lack of...
