Viet Nom Nom is in this containerised Vietnamese restaurant that’s styled somewhat like south east Asia’s street setting where eating in the alleyway - the container is pretty cool. We ordered the Beef Pho with added meatballs, self assembled the dipping sauce mixing hoisin and their homemade chilli together. Finally got my food only went home to find bao buns I ordered were not in the bag. Have to ring them and drive back again just to get the bao buns. The guy standing in the kitchen is really arrogant and didn’t even apologize for the mistake that they made, which made me feel like it was my problem for not checking my order before leaving. I also tried to order the Saigon Baguette and was told they ran out but they can do a banh mi which confused me (it was described to me as a vietnamese Baguette even though the Saigon baguette would also be considered a vietnamese baguette), I went ahead and ordered that and was asked what meat I wanted. The staff didn't know what cha lua was (the normal meat for a banh mi)... and the choices they offered aren't associated with banh mi.
