1. doesn’t taste good, rice is mashed into balls, lamb unseasoned, at least the lettuce was fresh
2. antagonistic customer service, I didn’t get beans so I asked for more lamb when asked if I wanted extra lamb they didn’t say it was an additional $4 which I understand but should have been clear, we were the only ones in the Restaurant and had trouble hearing them as they rushed us along to order
3. the way they made the burrito was unappealing, not spreading the ingredients out and then smashing it into one big ball….

Came here and was completely ignored by the duty staff who were discussing first world life problems with their friends. Waited for service at the counter for five minutes and even though we came in as they were serving friends we were still ignored. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor customer service here and left from not being served. It’s a pity because the cause is good but that’s no good if you won’t...

Bit disappointed this visit. Prices have gone up over the last year but portions of things seem to have decreased. Lettuce very generous but a teaspoon of diced tomatoes and one crushed corn chip on top is a bit pathetic. Also one quick dash of sauce is hardly enough to add flavor to all the lettuce. At $13.50 for a bowl, it would be good to feel a vague value for money but unfortunately no. Pity as used...
