Friday night in level 2 lockdown is not the best time to see this place in action as I'm told that it is normally heaving. Small groups still zapped in and out for drink and food but there were a lot of empty tables and it was too cold to be outside. Service was prompt and attentive and we were seated quickly to keep the social distancing in line. They have a reasonable drinks menu but food is all about pizza with just a few pastas and snacks to fill it out. The pizzas are good and very filling but pretty expensive at @$25 for a medium size. I would not recommend the gluten free base as it seemed to be made of cardboard and wallpaper paste. Seriously, you can get some really good gluten free pizza bases now, but at an extra $3 this was pretty bad. Desserts were fabulous if you want that massive sugar rush and the Jaffa tower was impressive. At $125 for 2, this was not the cheapest dinner but it has a nice atmosphere and it's close to the CBD. In summer this is an easy place to recommend. In winter during covid 19 it was a nice night out I was happy to have, but maybe not somewhere I would rush back to.

Went here with our high school girls and our wee baby. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Maybe it just wasn't for me. They were super helpful and accommodating for our baby needs. Food wasn't bad. A range of starters were okay but generic. I tried the "some like it hot" pizza and it was indeed very hot. But the sweet chili was a bit weird for me as it made it sticky, and didn't balance the spiciness well with the other types of spice. Perhaps having a cream based sauce that could've been spicy too would've worked better. I think maybe the real reason for feeling it was good but not great was that for the wholesome pub vibe, it was just a bit overpriced.

Conveniently located near the wharf, but not on the front line. It's great to sit outside on a sunny day as the wind barely hits being blocked by all the buildings. The atmosphere is casual. The food is great and they have a decent menu from pasta, pizzas and other smaller items. They have friendly staff. The price is expensive but the quality and portion of the food is excellent as well so it equals out, although they are a tad slow at dishing food out so expect some wait at peak times. Ignoring these minor issues, I would definitely still recommend eatting here.

Unfortunately 2 stars are all this dining experience deserved; 1 for the company I shared and 1 for the food we ate. Extremely disappointed in the service we 'received'. We went in to ask for a table, told we could only eat outside. It was very sunny so we asked for an umbrella and were told no because it was expected to get windy later on (all surrounding cafes/restaurants had their umbrellas out). Asked for some water, had the waitress roll her eyes at us and told us to get it from outside, we said there are no glasses or water outside, she then said she would bring some out to us, 20 minutes later still no water and so we went back in and the waitress yet again rolled her eyes and said "them again", we asked for water and were again told it's outside (it still wasn't available), then we were finally given glasses and water. Our food came out (2 pizza's and some chips) and whilst these were delicious they were EXTREMELY overpriced for what we received. Sadly the customer service and pricing really let this restaurant down for our...

We had probably our the worst dining experience here for a couple of years. When we first arrived the host pointed to a table for us to seated at. The table had dirty dishes which we had to put to the side on the table ourselves, these were never taken away during the meal. The place had 8 small tables with customers, so not very busy, and there were around 5 waitresses including one at the bar. A waitress never come to introduce herself or offer a menu, we went to grab a menu off the bar ourselves. After ordering drinks, they didn't come out for atleast half an hour, we had forgotten about them at this point. Food came out about 50 mins after ordering. When the food did come out, they put the plates on the edge of our rectangular table and not the center for some reason. We asked for some plates so we could share the pizzas. These never came and we had to grab them off the counter ourselves near the kitchen. Overall, a poor experience with...
