Burger N Beast — Restaurant in Otago

Bad website to order online from. Unfinished layout and not the most intuitive flow. Also the order timer counts upwards so now our order will be ready in about 1.5hr. Picked up in store, awful! Walk in, nobody on FOH, not particularly rushed off their feet in the kitchen though. Didn't get spoken to for 5 mins. As we entered the shop there was food on the table by the door, looked like it could've been our order but didn't want to pick it up just in case. Some random fella sat by the food, so we thought that was theirs. We finally get seen and asked what our order was, it's not out the back, oh... it's the food on the table! Chucks it in a bag, on our way. Bad service, shocking. Naturally out food is cold now. Chips are no different than McDonald's. The burger bun was dry old stale bread. The shake was average, just syrup and milk. I will not be going back nor will I be...

My experience was appalling. I ordered through Uber Eats, a recommended selection on the app and what was delivered was not the recommended selection. Burger N Beast would not replace the order as they said it was Uber Eats fault, Uber eats phoned and said it was my issue not theirs and not to contact the restaurant. The Manager at the restaurant said he would bring around his Ipad to show me what was on their system. This makes no sense because clearly what they had and what I ordered was not the same. This was my first and last time using this restaurant. If the vegetarian burger they delivered was palatable it may have been OK. But it wasn't, it was a sloppy cold mess, the fries were also cold. The only saving grace was the cold fanta, that you can't get wrong and their Buffalo wings were great. However $32 for a burger, chips, can of fanta and 5 wings is...

My partner and I ordered food here and while the burgers are amazing the sides aren’t the best nor is the delivery aspect of burger and beast, i ordered fries, the same ones as my partner as well as shakes; I received two large fries, which were so heavily salted I couldn’t finish half of one of them, my partner received one small fries which was barely salted at all. I ordered a shake, it was good can’t complain but so did my partner, he didn’t receive it and had to order again. I understand having worked in hospitality before that delivery orders are sometimes hard to manage but it’s unacceptable the quality of the being this inaccurate...
