What has gone wrong with the franchise? Have dined here a number of times, always on a Sunday. However our visit on Thursday may be our last. We ordered cabinet food & fries & requested it all come out together. The fries came out over 10mins prior to cabinet food. Had to enquire where cabinet food was & still waited ages before receiving.
