Been going here for many years. Back in the day you'd pay $9.90 for a small and $11.90 for a medium. And they used to have bigger bowls.
Now, you pay $15.90 for a medium that is smaller than the old small.
This isn't the main issue, the main issue is the complete LACK of quality control and quantity control.
I'll go sometimes and (usually a male server) will load up my bowl with meat.
Next time, I'll go and I'll get 4 bits of chicken per serve.
Sometimes I'll get a medium and the bowl is half empty.
It is extremely frustrating and they need to have some serving spoons that are consistent sizes for small, medium and large.

Read moreVery expensive for the quantity of meat. Last time i got a large bowl it had way more chicken. On top of that the taste was horrendous when compared to last week. Told the staff about the quantity and the dude at the counter spole to management only to be told that is the usual amount but then did say one of them had much less. Hopefully you will fix your serving control one day and quality. I had to throw away my caujin chicken as it...

Then when you don't reply for 1.5 seconds, they start talking to you with an impatiently rude tone. I ordered a medium bowl and wanted extra spinach because I don't like any other salads that they offer so I kindly asked if I could have more and the lady that served me gave me a death stare then proceeded to give me half an extra leaf. Wow, half a leaf! She hardly put any sauce on my meal and gave me barely any meat. If you are depressed then maybe you should spend your days in the office of a therapist instead of working in...
