Albasha restaurant — Restaurant in Puketāpapa

The food was ok, Calzone was tasteless, bbq chicken good, Shawarma average, but the service here was shocking. We ordered plenty of dishes and spent close to $80 but they couldn't provide a toilet for any of us to use. I first asked while waiting for our food to be told they just need 3 mins to clear the way. Assuming it's in the back somewhere. No one ever came back to me. Then our food arrived and half way through the meal my 4 year old needed to use the toilet, I asked again to be given another story about it's too busy in the back. If you have a dine in establishment, then you should be able to provide a toilet for your customers. Especially as lots of families with kids eat here. I had to run out of the restaurant and go to another restaurant and kindly ask them if we could use their one and they were kind enough to help. But just can't believe that I had to do that. I rarely leave a negative feedback, however, given the extremely poor experience I'd had, I felt it necessary on this occasion. Came here on Sat 8th March around 2:30pm. It was just the two of us in the restaurant (no other diners), but was made to wait over 45 minutes after ordering just 2 mains. The waiter was rude and unprofessional when I'd politely asked how much longer the food would take, which I had to do several times as the waiter at no point was offering us any updates on the progress of our food whilst we sat there patiently waiting.
