Hands down the best bubble tea in all of Dunedin! Coming from Singapore, bubble tea drinks are our (almost) daily pick-me-up sweet treat and CoT takes the cake. Regular bubble tea connoisseurs may find that CoT’s 70% sweetness level is akin to the 50% sweetness level offered by Gong Cha - so don’t be scared to up the sugar level to 100%.
Highly recommend: Mango & Coconut Milk Tea - best drink they have and worth every dollar. They definitely do not skimp on ingredients for this drink in particular.
The Thai Milk Tea lacks the authentic flavourful spiced punch and creaminess - it falls short of my expectations. I hope they improve the recipe for this well-loved drink around Southeast Asia and bring justice to its distinct aromatic flavour that it’s known for.
Cheese foam on top of peach oolong tea? Yes please! This drink is so basic and so good, you can’t go wrong with this combination - remember to go 100% with the sugar level to get that beautiful sweet and velvety cheesy balance!
All in all, I’m happy that Dunedin finally has a good bubble tea store that I don’t have to look forward to driving all the way to Invercargill or Christchurch just to get my hands on decent bubble...

For fellow bubble tea lovers, note that their 70% sweetness level is closer to a 50% Gong Cha sweetness, so don’t be shy to bump it up to 100% if you like that satisfying sweet hit.
Must-try: Mango & Coconut Milk Tea — easily their best drink! Rich, creamy, and full of flavour. They definitely don’t skimp on ingredients here — worth every cent.
The Thai Milk Tea, however, didn’t quite meet expectations. It lacks the bold, creamy, and spiced flavour profile that Southeast Asians know and love. Here’s hoping they refine that recipe and bring justice to this iconic drink.
Peach Oolong with cheese foam? Yes, yes, yes! Simple, refreshing, and that cheesy topping adds just the right velvety punch — especially with 100% sugar for the perfect balance.
So glad Dunedin finally has a bubble tea spot that delivers — no more long drives to Queenstown or Christchurch for...
Read more“DAS BOMB” was the consensus amongst the group. You can’t go wrong with their signature tea and mango/ coconut sago. The tea flavour is strong and distinctive, setting it apart from Gong Cha or Chatime. Atmosphere is always buzzing with their massive crowds. Undoubtedly the best bubble tea spot in Dunners - despite the crowds, their beverages quality remains consistently top notch. Board game is a huge plus - super fun place to chill and the place is very family friendly too. You definitely need to try this spot, and it’s only a short walk behind...
