Terrible experience! Ordered online for pickup as it makes it cheaper, ordered a Bbq bacon cheeseburger pizza and a mega meatlovers also ordered a garlic bread and Dutch pancakes, i waited for the order and when I got it I drove to a park 5 minutes away and upon opening the box there was no swirls on the pizza (both which should have a swirl). After realizing that the swirl was missing I phoned the store informing them that there was no swirl and asked what could be done to fix it (was told to hold) I was then told that next time I was in store I could have 2 free swirls on my pizza, this highly disgusted me as I was on a road trip and was only there for the night, also didn't solve the issue that there was no swirl on my pizza, so I asked what I should do with the pizza I have without a swirl (was asked to hold (again)). I was then told the manager would call me back. Furious at this I said "should i bring the pizzas back and you remake it with my swirl" they immediately said yes you can do that, so I made my way back, on the way i decided that I'd calm down by indulging in the Dutch pancakes, I was shocked to find out that they had on icing sugar on them (as it stated that it would) when I got to the store I said that there also was no icing sugar on the Dutch pancakes and the staff member told me that they had none. Furious with this I waited for the manager to arrive (who wasnt instore) when he arrived he said that they usually call people to let them know that they are out of stock but they didn't he also tried to give me the pizzas with no swirl as a freebie but there was only two of us and what do we need 4 pizzas for. Read moreI went here today for the first time. There was a young woman there doing everything and really nice about it - taking orders and payments, handling pick-ups, making pizza and she diligently wore gloves every time she went back to make the pizza. However, there was a guy, I think from an Arabian country (just a best guess, I'm not certain since I didn't ask him where he was from) also working there who really was just boxing the pizzas as they came out of the oven, cutting them, and putting the sauce on top but just otherwise hanging around and looking sulky.
When I finished the pizza I said thank you as I brought the pizza box to their counter. I had looked for the trash bin but it it's hard to see as there is no sign on it, and there was a large black device directly on top of it. There was also a large cable hanging down the front from the device so I naturally didn't see it as I passed by. So the Arabian guy rudely told me to put the pizza box in the trash and pointed to it - not at all politely - and when I then saw the trashcan I asked him could he move the cable that was sitting on top and blocking the opening. He AGGRESSIVELY did this movement, as he really resented me 'talking back' to him, to the extent the cable's plug hit up against the the counter next to it and the noise even startled the next guy who had just walked in. The Arabian guy had enjoyed too much telling me to put it in the trash can and hated I had a follow up to tell him the opening was blocked. Too bad, mate. Be polite to customers next time, just like they are to you, be they a woman or a man, treat them the same.

Read moreIf only doordash didn't ruin our experience the food may have been good. But this was an absolute waste of money as it literally was inedible. Here's what happened:
We ordered through doordash as there was a good promo going on. We live really close to domino's but didn't want to miss out on the deal, which is why we chose to order through doordash.
When we saw the app saying there were multiple deliveries, while we saw the courier literally standing still in one spot for 10 minutes, the alarm bells started to ring and we instantly contacted doordash itself.
They sent us away twice, telling us it would be delivered shortly. Eventually the order was delivered after 70 minutes of waiting. Whereas the food was supposed to be deliver after about 20 minutes.
So yes, when the food arrived, it was literally cold - not even luke warm. The chicken was soft and cold, the garlic bread rubbery and the pizzas just cold. Basically all unedible and unacceptable.
It's sad to see domino's receiving the bad review due to doordashes bad service, but then again they are the ones choosing Doordash as one of their delivery services and are partly responsible.
It goes without saying that we contacted doordash for this bad delivery - they don't offer any solution, refund was not possible due to some account issues? We told them to escalate the situation, but are still waiting for them to get back to us... it would be nice if there was a proper solution as we are now...
