The food was okay, but my family and I feel horrible. Here is why I rated it 1 star. You may have different thoughts, but thus is my opinion. She was on the phone watching a movie, while servicing us - but then we were giving out our order, and she started laughing. She was talking to another customer, in Turkish. With all do respect, I am about to sat some things that we experienced. No cheese, still put cheese, and then take off, and then extra cheese, then redo whole order, and she just 'picked' off cheese. Even after saying we couldn't due to allergies. She couldn't remember to serve us properly, but she didn't forget to charge us of jalapenos and cheese. Horrible experience. And pretty pricey: $55 (with the extra charge). The forks, were in an old yoghurt container...

We ate at this location of Turkish Kebabs three out of our six dinners in the Queenstown area (first night after our flight to ZQN before heading to Te Anau for 2 days, then 2 of 3 dinners when back in Queenstown), getting the shish kebabs each meal. The quality of the kebabs was excellent, along with the fries (chips in NZ), grape leaves, and falafel. The service was equally as good. We called in our order one evening before their stated closing time of 10pm, but the lady working that evening (and all evenings we visited) didn't start our kebabs grilling until we arrived. And we noticed they stayed open past 10pm as long as customers wanted food. I highly recommend this place if you want high-quality, good-value, quick Mediterranean food...
