Cute place, although very small seating arrangement I like the space and the interior colours and decor. Clean feeling. Seasoning and sauces are open for customers to help themselves to which is great. Have been here twice, first time 4 stars but second time 3 stars- disappointed with my meal. And tbh made me have a thing against ramen for a long time, still kind of do. Spicy pork and vege; lovely bowl of pork and vegetables on rice, loved the fried egg on top. Pork was chewy and the ratio to rice was just right. Wasn't extremely spicy at all so I added more sauce and chili flakes on top. Otherwise the flavor is not bad, not too salty or anything extreme like that. Chashu pork ramen; as pretty as it is-perhaps it is the fact that noodles are not something I tend to get when I dine out, so it wasn't the most ideal meal, but honestly I was left very disappointed when I saw the amount of pork belly slices. I was served a few thin slices of pork belly and then left with the biggest bowl of average noodles and soup. I finished it by literally dousing it in hot sauce. The rice on the side was nice, but not sure if necessary. Appreciate the kimchi though! I was expecting much more, especially when many friends have suggested this meal.

Small and cozy place to dine in. The waitresses were very friendly and the chef was kind to put half BBQ half creamy chicken katsu for me as they ran out of the creamy sauce and informed me about it when I ordered. The chicken katsu was crispy, I preferred the creamy sauce over the BBQ one as it had a sweet taste to it. A suggestion would be to replace the fries and add more vegetables to balance the dish. I agree that the fries made the dish more filling but it did not suit well in my opinion. They had a lot of sauces ready for customers to self-serve. A water machine was used so customers might have to get up from their table to get water. Overall, good value for good food and nice people to dine with.

Went at 3pm and ordered the Kinchee Fries $14 and Korean Sweet & Spicy Chicken Pop $10. Place was tiny, less than 10 tables of 2. Some seating outside but there was also scaffolding. Order at the till. The service was quick and fast. The fries had little to none kimchee and too much mayo with only tiny bits of beef. The sauce was more sweet than spicy. Disappointing. The chicken was cooked well but the sauce was not spicy at all. More sweet than spicy and really thick which was unappetizing. Overall I thought the food was nothing special and over priced.

Quaint place tucked away on George Street, this restaurant is family run in every sense; from the handmade wontons, to the young boy who served us, everything was delightful. We ordered the wontons in chilli oil and the chef’s special braised beef noodles, and both dishes were great for different reasons. The former was a flavour bomb and deliciously rich, while the latter was less punchy but no less flavourful, having melt-in-your-mouth tender brisket paired with a thicker broth. I would recommend pairing something with the wontons, as they might be a bit overpowering by themselves. All in all, a great place to go if you’re in need of a good meal. The people running it are so kind and...
