Tea Talk Albany: This was my first bubble tea experience, and man, was it a good one! They weren't open yet (we didn't know) but served us anyway. I bought a mango yoghurt sago (C8) tea and found it so divine I could have cried. I bought a 2nd one instead of crying ha ha. My friend, who knows her bubble teas, says this place is the best.
