服务态度极其恶劣 ，男服务生瞧不起人 ，进入该餐厅后 ，眼神里有一种轻蔑的态度 。坐在座位上五分钟左右没有人服务 ，他在那里玩着手机 ，一脸鄙视的态度，这是我在新西兰这么多年遇到的最差的服务生，没有之一，不知道这种人为什么还能应聘成功，希望严肃处理此事。影响很不好，如果不处理好此事，我们绝对不会再进入该餐厅第二次。时间：2025年4月16日周三下午六点半左右，希望有关负责人查阅这个时间段是哪位男服务员在工作，进行说教训斥。今天4月17日又路过这家饭店 ，老远就看见店里的另外一位男服务生一脸的邪气，浑身散发着让人不舒服的气息，店里除了他一个人都没有，当时6点20多，直直的瞪着每一位行人，估计是大家被他的不舒服气息影响到了，相对比其他饭店已经有很多人了，希望贵饭店着重下选取服务生的机制，谢谢。 The service attitude was extremely poor. The male waiter clearly looked down on people. Upon entering the restaurant, there was a look of contempt in his eyes. We sat at our table for about five minutes with no service, while he played on his phone with a disdainful expression. This is by far the worst waiter I have encountered during all my years in New Zealand—no exaggeration. I don’t understand how someone like this could have even been hired. We hope this matter will be taken seriously. It left a very negative impression, and if not properly addressed, we will never return to this restaurant again.

Date and time: Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, around 6:30 PM. We kindly ask the management to review who was working during this time and to give the person appropriate guidance or disciplinary action.

On April 17th, we passed by the restaurant again. From a distance, we saw another male waiter who had a very unpleasant, almost sinister demeanor. It was around 6:20 PM, and there was no one else in the restaurant except him. He stared coldly at every passerby, giving off a deeply uncomfortable vibe. Compared to other restaurants, which already had many customers at the same time, this stood out. We sincerely hope your restaurant will pay more attention to the selection process for front-of-house staff. Thank you.

サービス態度が非常に悪かったです。男性の店員は人を見下しているような態度で、店に入った瞬間からその目つきに軽蔑の感情が見えました。席についてから5分ほど経っても誰も対応してくれず、彼はスマホをいじりながら、明らかに見下すような態度をしていました。これは私がニュージーランドに長年住んでいて経験した中で、間違いなく最悪の接客でした。なぜこのような人物が採用されたのか理解できません。この件を真剣に対処していただきたいです。このままでは二度とこのレストランに行くことはありません。

また、4月17日にもこの店の前を通りかかったところ、別の男性店員が店内に一人だけで、遠くからでも分かるほど不快な雰囲気を放っていました。時間は午後6時20分ごろで、通行人一人ひとりを睨みつけるように見ており、その不気味なオーラに影響されてか、他のレストランには既に多くの客が入っている時間にもかかわらず、この店には誰もいませんでした。フロントスタッフの採用にはより慎重になっていただきたいと思います。よろしくお願いいたします。 서비스 태도가 매우 불쾌했습니다. 남자 직원은 사람을 깔보는 듯한 태도를 보였고, 식당에 들어서자마자 그의 눈빛에는 경멸이 담겨 있었습니다. 자리에 앉은 지 5분 정도 지나도 아무런 서비스가 없었고, 그는 휴대폰을 만지작거리며 매우 무시하는 태도를 보였습니다. 제가 뉴질랜드에서 지낸 수년 동안 이런 최악의 서비스는 처음입니다. 이런 사람이 어떻게 채용되었는지 이해할 수 없습니다. 이 문제를 진지하게 처리해 주시길 바랍니다. 그렇지 않으면 우리는 절대 다시 이 식당을 방문하지 않을 것입니다.

또한 4월 17일, 다시 이 식당 앞을 지나갔을 때, 또 다른 남자 직원이 있었는데, 멀리서도 불쾌한 기운이 느껴졌습니다. 당시 시간은 오후 6시 20분쯤이었고, 가게 안에는 그 직원 한 명뿐이었습니다. 그는 지나가는 사람 하나하나를 노려보듯이 쳐다보았고, 그의 불쾌한 분위기 때문인지 다른 식당들은 손님들로 북적였지만 이 가게는 아무도 없었습니다. 귀 식당에서는 프런트 직원 채용 시 더욱 신중을 기해 주시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다. 总结 新西兰的有些华人太坏了...

What a difference a year makes, unfortunately…. Food is still ok, though not much meat, bland, and portions are very small for the $$. The value has taken a big nose dive, I suspect because they are using the ‘Tuckerfox’ web ordering system which adds 10-15% to every meal at least. We paid $75 for three portions / 3 pers ($27 for SS Pork!), and were hungry at the end. It’s takeaway Chinese, not delivered, and not the French Cafe! Maybe will try again in store if the pricing is better, but the service here is pretty lousy and aimed squarely at Chinese speakers. Actually, will probably give this place a miss from now. What a disappointment.

Review from a couple of years ago: Tasty Chinese of good quality and great value, however let down by very average customer service. This place seems to cater almost exclusively to a Chinese speaking clientele, so ordering is a comical challenge, but the food is definitely better than your average chippy /...

The food was very delicious at a really good price! The servers were quick to serve and the food was served piping hot.

At first we thought everyone was waiting for their food and maybe the service was slow. But since it was packed we decided to give it a go and we were not disappointed. We actually didn't wait long for our 4 dishes. They were all delicious : garlic sprouts with pork, mapo tofu (pork minced), beef brisket casserole, and tofu with stir fry vegetables and mushrooms. Gladly recommend! We've just found out new favorite...
