Breath Yoga studio is a true gem in our community. The moment you step inside, you're enveloped by a wonderful, calming ambience that sets the tone for your practice. This serene atmosphere is no accident - it's been lovingly crafted by the studio's founders, Freya and Taane, two genuinely kind souls whose warmth and authenticity shine through in every aspect of the space. What sets Breath Yoga apart is not just its excellent range of classes and workshops, but the inclusive environment they've fostered. Freya and Taane have created a sanctuary where everyone feels welcome and can truly be themselves, regardless of their capabilities or experience level. This accepting attitude permeates the entire studio, making it a place where both beginners and seasoned practitioners can thrive. The Bikram classes are particularly noteworthy, with teachers who are incredibly caring and thoughtful in their approach. They guide you through the challenging sequences with encouragement and attention to detail, ensuring you get the most out of each session safely. For those seeking deep relaxation, the Yin classes are a godsend. These sessions provide a much-needed opportunity to slow down, switch off from the outside world, and reconnect with yourself. The gentle, prolonged poses combined with the studio's tranquil atmosphere create the perfect conditions for unwinding and releasing tension. Perhaps what I appreciate most about Breath Yoga is the strong sense of community it fosters. It's more than just a place to practice yoga; it's a hub where like-mindedindividuals come together, support each other, and grow both on and off the mat. The friendships formed here extend beyond the studio walls, creating a network of positivity that enriches all our lives. In a world that often feels hectic and disconnected, Breath Yoga offers a peaceful haven where you can nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself physically, find inner calm, or simply belong to a welcoming community, this studio has something special to offer. Freya, Taane, and their team have created something truly beautiful here - a space that nourishes the soul as much as it strengthens the body.If you're seeking a yoga studio that offers more than just physical practice, look no further than Breath Yoga. It's a place where you'll find growth, peace, and a true sense of belonging. Namaste.

Read moreI'm honestly shocked after attending my first (and only) class at this studio.. I've been to hot yoga studio's all over the world and never had such a bad experience.. To start off, THE ROOM WASN'T EVEN HOT!!! The lights were on all the way the whole class (they were bright and obnoxious, and not dimmed at all, except for the last 1 min of the class), the floor spaces were marked with duck tape, the room smelt like stinky feet, there was no where to clean your yoga mat after the class, the shower area is completely open space in the change room making the entire changeroom floor wet. The class I attended was a 60 minute hot yoga session to which my sister and I were both SHOCKED at the lack of flow of the lesson, the instructor was intense- not one second was explaining things calming, continued to say “if you are falling over you aren’t trying hard enough” and had a completely chaotic energy. She expected us to get up and down, go forward and backwards in seconds without describing how and used very odd language to describe what was expected. When someone left the class she continued to say “some people don’t take this seriously”. I will not mention her name but wow it was awful. I would never recommend this studio to anyone and would actually recommend that you try to find another studio that actually has well experienced instructors and a clean environment- unlike Breathe. I hope people that go to this yoga studio know that this studio does not in fact follow true hot yoga practices and I feel sorry for the ones who do think this is ok. Lastly, their website is very aesthetically pleasing and nice to look at, however it does not actually represent the studio and gives a very false representation of what you are actually getting when paying for a class at...
Read moreI joined BREATHE Hot Yoga / Hot Pilates not long ago, and from the very first class, I felt something truly special. I have honestly never felt so safe and supported while exercising. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with a friendly dynamic that makes every class feel like a community rather than just a workout.
The instructors are excellent, they pay attention to everyone’s needs, and if you’re unable to complete a particular exercise or routine, they always offer thoughtful alternatives. Their encouragement and guidance make it easy to feel comfortable, no matter your level.
What has really stood out to me is how lovely everyone is. From my first class, other members praised me, asking how I found it, and making me feel right at home. It’s clear that the public values this studio, and I can see why. I feel the same way, and it’s rare to find a place where people are so genuinely kind and uplifting.
I’ve never really felt comfortable exercising with others in a gym setting, but here it’s the complete opposite. The atmosphere and environment are so welcoming that I can finally let my guard down and focus on enjoying the class, without worrying about the people around me.
I live about a 20–25 minute drive away, and even though there are plenty of gyms and studios closer to me, this one is by far the best. I happily make the trip three or four times a week because it’s genuinely worth it.
On top of that, I’ve been really pleased with the pricing and the range of class opportunities. There is a variety to choose from, and I always leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and more positive. BREATHE has quickly become a place I look forward to returning to...
