01JAN2020: Ever popular, always full house in dinner time. Boss lady is very friendly and if you are not happy with the dish they will re cook for you to your liking. Not many restaurants will do that for customer. We are repeat customers because friendly services and yummy dishes. Check out the updated photos.

June2019: Very busy, hussle and bussle place. Hard working crew. Authentic Shanghai food with good range to choose from, non spicy to extremely spicy. Suggest to visit early or later in each dining period(s) or you may have to wait outside. The kitchen and the whole place has a very very fast pace.. From time you sit down, order, eat and leave. So this also means if you are out for a romantic outing, this is not the place for you. Great tasty food, lamb beef fish, soupy, stir fry. Steam or fried dumplings, and xiao long Bau.. you name it and they have it on menu. The menu caters from 1 person to 15+ in a group. Parking is very limited in the complex. The food is great but unfortunately, it's been overshadowed by bad service. This is our regular go-to place for family gatherings so we are familiar faces. This is the second time we've had issues with our booking. On this occasion we were enjoying a nice meal, half an hour after we had sat down and all our dishes had already come out, an influx of customers came in, the waiter, obviously feeling flustered because he had mucked up people's bookings - marched up to our table and asked us if we had booked a table... midway through our meal. We had indeed booked a table, and let him know that he was the one that was on the phone with us. He then directly accused us of not booking a table in front of a store full of customers because there were customers left without a table. Even though we eat out at Chinese restaurants quite often, we have to admit that the food here is really phenomenal and very valuable. So my Chinese friend recommended this restaurant, we turned up without booking, the restaurant was full but they managed to get us a table after 15min. The food come out quite slowly (45min) but it's understandable cause the place was too full with constant patrons in and out. They also gave us a heads-up of the waiting time and we are happy with it. We ordered: crispy intestines, duck blood with intestines, juicy crab with salty egg, beef with black pepper, stir fry vege with mushroom, spicy and sour soup...they are all in big portion, four of us couldn't finish and have to take away.
