I ordered a lamb kebab with garlic and BBQ sauce via uber eats. When my order arrived it was a lamb and chicken (mixed) kebab with bbq and satay sauce. This is jot the first time they have mucked up my order. I do not eat chicken. I rang them immediately and the person who answered the phone did not understand the problem so took my number for the owner to call me back. When they rang back he apologised and said there were trainees working. Not good enough. He then said next time I came into the store I could get a free kebab. He did not offer to remake my order tonight, which is disappointing as I now have no dinner. Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. I will not be going back for my free kebeb. My falafel salad had HOT chili sauce instead of SWEET chili sauce. Tried it but way too hot for my liking so had to bin it. Also, i got a whole as mini carrot cake with carrot shavings on top, yet online is clearly states a SLICE of carrot cake which i was expecting. And where was the cream cheese icing? The cream cheese icing is the best part of the carrot cake!!

On a good note though...the mix rice meal was lovely. I will definitely be ordering that again but not online, myself or my husband will probably come in and order in person. Sorry for the 1 star review guys but i feel like i wasted my money on the falafel salad and...
