I have no idea how this can have such a high score. Service is absolutely the worst. Ordered one salad. Waited for 50 minutes. Full story below: 12:05 - we got there, group of 7 people. Second group in the place. It was empty. 12:20 - ordered.. The girl in the counter was extremely slow, taking the orders in pieces of paper, while chatting enthusiastically with on random guy sitting there. 12:25 - we sat and waited. 13:00 - we had been waiting for almost 40min 13:10 - orders from two people were brought to the table. The guy who brought it ran away so quickly we couldn't ask him if there was something going on. By this time, the place was crowded and we watched as other tables were getting their orders while we were there waiting and trying to talk to someone. 13:25 - no food yet for 5 of us. The 2 colleagues had finished their meal. 13:30 - place was no longer so crowded. We could FINALLY get hold of someone to ask what was going on. The girl just shredded, looked confused, scanned a pile of little paper notes and couldn't figure out what we were talk about. She did not apologize, did not talk back to us, just left, confused, went to the kitchen and started talking to the guy there. The guy in the kitchen was even more confused. 13:45 - I HAD to ask her again for my order and for it to be takeaway (I had a meeting at 2pm). It was ONE SALAD. simple as that. It still took them 10min more to give it to me. Back in the office, no lunch eating, had meeting. 14:30pm - finally could have lunch. Salad is very very very tiny. Flavourless. Grilled Halloumi is obviously cold and not tasting very good.
Result: never ever in my life am I coming back. The absolute lack of knowledge of what they were doing, zero hospitality ability and no communication skills at all, with below average food quality, average quality beers, for a price that is absolutely not worth it what you get (23 bucks for a tiny...
