A very rude, remote, unrelational young waitress who killed my appetite with her rude, remote,unrelational attitude. Eating well made sushi is half of the experience, the other half is a good,welcoming atmosphere. I have been a customer and a fan for at least 8 years. Bian Sushi reminded me what proper good sushi should taste like! They had a good variety of rolls for a decent price - my plate full ran me about $15 while my partner's salmon salad and sushi rolls was a bit more at $18.
