We ordered two pizzas for a gathering with friends. We asked if two sauces could be placed on the side, but opening the pizzas was disappointing to find the sauce on them. Neither of the two people who were serving the premises informed us that sauce cannot be requested on the side. After making this inconvenience known, I received a call from one of the people who was working that night to inform them that it was our mistake to ask for sauce on the side when they don't do that. It would have been good customer service and an example of good communication to inform us of the situation before placing the sauces on the pizza. The customer service from an indian girl Hiral was shockingly poor — staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed like they couldn't care less about getting the order right or offering any kind of help. I waited far longer than the estimated time, only to receive the wrong items, and when I tried to get it fixed, the person on the phone was unhelpful and borderline rude.
