April 2025: Amazing quality and service. I had a beautiful champagne ham and cheese sandwich with a long black, which was exceptionally rich and smooth. What coffee beans do you use, folks? Then, I wanted to add a chocolate eclair but they were out. So they made a special one just for me.

You're iconic! Please keep up the good work and maintain your exceptionally quality!

July 2021: The peculiar waiter is still there. The new story goes as follows. There were quite a few people waiting for their ☕ outside. She came out with a cup, looking for the person who ordered it. First, she approached our table, when a cup of coffee was standing in front of each of us. Then, she approached another person who looked hesitant concerning whether this is the coffee that she ordered or not. Eventually this person took the coffee. However, after taking a couple of sips, she realized that it's not her order and returned it. The waiter took the cup and continued looking for their owner. She found them and tried giving it to them. Only when the owner said that there is lipstick on the cup and she can't have it, the waiter went away promising to return with another cup. @La Petite, it might be the time to take your Fourchette and get your customer service back to your standards.

June 2021: They were amazing and then they hired a new staff member. She messed up our order, brought us something else and when we told her that this is not what we asked for she just took it back; we went to the counter to remind the more senior person what we actually ordered. Then she brought the dish, apologized, and smashed the coffee lit when putting the dish on the table. Will try to avoid this kind of service next time.

May 2021: A real French 💎. Various goods that make it hard to choose. And the got a new...

Amazing pastries and cakes in both taste and visuals.

This place is not the cheapest but also far from the most expensive, especially since it's very obvious that they use quality ingredients.

What really ruins the experience is the use of single-use plates and cups, even when eating in. Having a fancy looking, $8 pastry served on an ugly compostable plates just doesn't make sense. It's not only that it's difficult to take a nice, instagrammable pictures of something served like this (I don't really care for that), it's the amount of unnecessary waste that puts me off.

Althought they claim that everything is compostable, it doesn't change the fact that it's very unnecessary and obviously comes from a place of laziness, after all they have a fully functional kitchen in-house and I assume they don't use single use bowls there. Additionally, other cafes and restaurants within the same building serve food on ceramic plates with proper cutlery and cups.

In conclusion, I'd like to urge the owners to be better and live up to their...

I go to this place today 29/09/2019 around 3.15pm just for a bite. They were not much left actually want to try their croissant but its all gone. While looking for the display stand for the cake and I saw a fly flying around the nutella brioche stand which looks very yummy. I tried to chase away the fly by knocking the glass stand and the staff behind the stand which was cleaning up oven? at the counter turn back and look at me and I told her there is a fly over the brioche but she did not do anything and continue her job. I saw the fly landed from one of the nutella brioche to another one which I want to order at that time. Because of this hence I order other cake. It is very disappointed to see the staff not even try to chase away the fly and let the fly landed on the brioche and maybe after that will be landed to another pastry or cake. Hope the management will look into this...

Discovered La Petite Fourchette through an officemate’s recommendation. Tried their quiche lorraine and my first impression was that it was the best quiche lorraine I’ve tasted in my life (so far)! 🤩 I wasn’t sure if I was just hungry then or I just haven’t tasted enough quiche, so went here again one weekend for brunch and yep, still the best quiche ever 😍 Barista was also super nice, seemed like she knew most of the customers and was chatting with them while making coffee. Coffee was also good; I usually get coconut flat white and prefer a milk brand which they unfortunately don’t use. I don’t know how she did it, but she made my coffee taste real good! She was also nice and attentive enough to cut the quiche in half as my partner and I were sharing. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!
