After 1 year we visited here again - come on so poor service. They have only one staff taking order for people who sit there and also take away. Just to buy some bread I spent 30 mins in the queue. The poor staff at the counter was running around to take order from the tables and to serve us. The greedy owner - have more staff to take order or you are losing more money.
We paid our visit to see how good this new place would be.
Foodwise - I am a foodie. I won't go there for cooked food. I had a Mibo sourbread prawn toast something, which was $25. I had to eat because i paid for it , was hungry, but the only thing i remembered was eating toasted seasame seeds with eggs on sourbough bread with prawn taste mayo (I am posting the photo of the dish & the menu. You will see there is no prawn but the thick layer of toasted seasame seeds!). I do not recommend it as it is deceiving and you must stay away from it.
Coffee was too bitter and strong for my liking.
Operation wise: very busy with a lot of people and quite chaotic. The staff and owner know nothing about managing orders and queue. For example, we were planning to sit and eat there, but there was no guideline. Hence, we ended up queuing with people who were doing takeaways.
After many minutes of waiting, one of our team decided to sit at the table and ask a staff member there whether we could order from our table. She said yes. So we sat and ordered our food. She was kind and smiling and even asked whether we needed water. We said yes, but she forgot. I had to get water for ourselves.
When we finished, we did not know how to pay. We asked a staff member and were told to wait, but none paid attention. I had to go to the counter who was busy dealing with takwaway customers to pay.
They have no system nor training to deal with a large number of people. Once again, their food and coffee are below average.
This would be my last time visit there. There was too much hype for this place, but staff seemed nice and too busy.
Dear owner, get the basic right and train your staff and have more staff to serve people well or the people you see today will not come...

Bread: Visually appealing, but the texture and freshness aren’t there. Instead of that light, springy bite, it feels a bit tired.
Filling: The chicken and mayo combo works in theory, but here it tastes very commercial, lacking that homemade touch or seasoning lift that could make it memorable.
Overall Bite: Without standout bread or standout filling, the whole thing feels more functional than exciting Service & Space
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the space has a simple, cozy charm, more of a quick-stop vibe than somewhere you’d linger for hours
Looks better than it eats. While the staff and atmosphere are pleasant, the sandwich itself feels underwhelming, with bread that lacks freshness and a filling that tastes mass-produced. If you’re in the area, it’s fine for a quick snack, but it’s not a...
Read moreI regularly get pastries from the Enfield st store and decided to come to their new site for lunch with friends. The menu is very small so it was quite disappointing when we went to order and a couple of items were unavailable so we changed our order. We were then told that the prawn toast we ordered would take longer to make as they had run out of prep, which was fine as we didn't mind waiting. but then just as our other dishes arrived to the table we were told actually there has been a mix up and the prawn toast was actually sold out. In the end we left hungry as there was nothing else on the menu to order. The two dishes that we did get were under seasoned and felt as if they were missing something. I love mibos pastries but would definitely not come...
