I’ve learnt how to use gym equipment and proper technique for exercises, but in a class setting with great trainers, where there’s help if you need it and motivation to keep going. I find it more enjoyable sharing a class with others than alone with a PT and the trainers make an effort to ensure everyone is introduced to each other so it creates a friendly environment. There’s a great app for booking classes and you can’t cancel a booking in the 2 hours right before a class which is sometimes the only thing that pulls me out of bed for an early morning gym class! Read moreI joined Loft45 after finding it difficult to maintain motivation to keep exercising at classic gyms which I needed to do to alleviate my back pain.
I found the environment to be very friendly and welcoming, with the small-group sessions being intense and comprehensive enough that just two or three weekly sessions was enough for me to feel great and healthy. My back pain has now completely gone.
It is also important to mention that should you have any injuries or pain, the instructors will guide you through its management or give you alternative exercises which don’t aggravate existing conditions.
