We have been regular patrons of Pizza hut at Quay St. Never to be repeated again. Placed a phone order for pickup to find on arrival it wasn't ready on the nominated time. On getting home we found both Pizza had been over cooked and like dried up cardboard. I've just been down tonight to pick up another Pizza and again it was 15 minutes late. On telling the manager about the awful Pizza the week before he couldn't care less. He comes back after waiting 15minutes and tells me hes made the wrong Pizza and it would be another 5 mins whilst they made another. Whilst waiting for my order two other seperate customers were also complaining about their orders being wrong and one missed being made. Please public avoid the Quay St store. It's a total embarrassment...

⭐️ 1/5 – Totally Misleading and Just Awful

I ordered the 5 BBQ Tenders from Pizza Hut via Uber Eats and what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. The image shows glazed, juicy-looking tenders fully coated in BBQ sauce. In reality, what I got were pale, dry-looking strips with a few streaks of BBQ sauce lazily squeezed on top.

The tenders themselves were undercooked and had a weird rubbery texture. They didn’t taste fresh at all and were honestly disgusting. It felt like no effort was put into preparing or presenting the meal. Whoever prepared this should look into a new occupation and feel absolutely ashamed!
