Poké House Viaduct Harbour — Restaurant in Waitematā

My friend and I ordered two poke bowls, and while the food itself was decent, the service was truly disappointing. The staff seemed rushed and impatient, constantly hurrying us to pick our ingredients and sauces without giving us a proper chance to see what was available — especially the salads. Both my friend and I do not eat onions or kale, yet they still ended up in our bowls. When I hesitated for just a moment while choosing, I could clearly sense the staff’s displeasure from their expressions. It’s strange — we, the customers, were not in a hurry, but the staff definitely were. I paid $18 for a lunch that I did not enjoy. This wasn’t my first time having poke, and sadly, it’s also not the first time I’ve experienced unfriendly service...

Staff did not payed attention to what I was ordering and ended up to taking 15 minuets to removed toppings added to my bowl, went on rush hour, girls were rushing me up and talking between each other causing the lady handling my other to add stuff I did not even wanted.

Girls' English listening is not very good so explaining the situation wasn't very helpful, so I decide to pay and wake away.

On a positive note, it reminded me how much better making my own lunch is rather that buying someone's tasteless food.
