This place is quite a complicated one for me — the more I try to clear up the misunderstanding, the more I end up feeling a bit embarrassed. When you see words like “Buffet” or “Refuel,” you naturally think of “all you can eat,” but that’s not the case here. It just happens to have that kind of name. Like many other affordable local spots, you get to choose your hot meal and they serve it on a plate for $8.50. It’s not an all-you-can-eat deal. I was curious about what kind of place it was, so I came to check it out myself. Read moreRefuel is one of the best parts of AUT! Great prices and great food. Kept me sane when I had 8am classes three times a week, with a beautiful breakfast. great coffee, very well made and great prices for the high quality. Absolutely love the staff, especially Megumi- the most lovely person ever, always providing the best morning chats and saying hello every time. Breakfast between 7:50am and just before 10- arrive at 9:45 and they have plenty of food left? you'll get more than usual! Staff is always happy to leave one item out and give you a little more of something else. Best service and best breakfast around! Thanks for keeping me sane over the last three years...
Read moreI had some bad experience here. I was buying food as I do mostly everyday. On this particular occasion I was served beef without me knowing it and when I questioned the server she promptly said that whatever she had served was chicken. This is very disturbing that the staff here has no respect for someone's religion and I suggest the management to take this matter seriously. We all come from different parts of the world and different cultures. They should remember and take note of that before...
