AVOID EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE 0/5!
SUPER RUDE AND JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. YOUR MONEY IS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE!
BAD EXPERIENCE # 1
The attitude of staff is horrible. One morning I walked in at 7am, the place wasn't even busy and the rude girl with the brown hair said to me ever so condescendingly go to the self-serving machine! You don't need human workers if you can't be bothered taking orders in the morning.
BAD EXPERIENCE # 2 Went there another morning (hoping they’d improve) and I had paid for my coffee, the guy had put the order through after I had paid & wanted to charge me again.
Andrea eventually stepped in but she also was argumentative when I said I wanted marshmallows on top of the lid and she had put it inside and she was defensive about it further demonstrating their excellence in incompetence.
They take forever & a day to make coffee when it’s quiet as they rather talk rubbish about their weekends & the mocha when it finally arrived after what seemed like nearly half an hour tasted like plain hot water!
Not worth supporting. They need to shut down and leave if they are not going to care about customers or provide quality coffee. Unimpressed!!!!!
CONCLUSION: *STAFF DON'T LISTEN OR CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. *OVER-RATED! Go to French Press instead as you’ll get stunning water views and no hostilities.
This is truly a 0/5...
Read moreOMGGGGGGGGG THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY FIRE, ITS THE BOMB. BOOOOM. MY TASTEBUDS WERE EXPLODING, EATING THE FOOD WAS SUCH AN OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE, I REMINISCED ON FOND MEMORIES OF MY CHILDHOOD AS I CHEWED THROUGH A DELICIOUS SANDWICH, THEN WAS SLAMED WITH EMOTIONS OF ROMANTICISM EUPHORIA, elation, glee and a thoughtfulness i had not felt since the Great Depression, this cafe has truly awakened ancient feelings within my soul and spiritual being. I am forever in debt to the owner of this restaurant, and I beg thy to set up shop all over New Zealand, AND then the world! Together I propose we destroy and take over the culinary world before establishing ourselves within the elegant quarters of the billionaires. Please grant me the honor of being your business partner. I used to have no joy or purpose in life, but now I can happily spend everyday running away from home (sorry wifey) trekking to Auckland to get my hands on some of their grubb. Everybody get their food so you too can be addicted to the sandwich (a very healthy and delicious staple) and we can all be overloaded on dopamine and be rich and famous . Much love your greatest fan. (...

The vanilla lattes are an absolute standout—perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and with a rich, smooth flavor that’s just right for a morning pick-me-up. The sausage rolls here are nothing short of amazing: flaky, golden pastry surrounding a savory filling that’s packed with flavor. And if you’re in the mood for something heartier, the pies are simply irresistible. Each one is packed with tender meat and hearty fillings, all wrapped in a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth crust.
The ordering process is a bit different, as you use a self-service kiosk to place your order, which is quick and easy—perfect for those who like to get in and out fast. Overall, this bakery delivers top-notch food with a welcoming, no-frills vibe. Definitely worth a stop if you’re...
